If you have placed a prepaid order, you do not need to confirm it. Your order will be processed automatically. If your order is cash on delivery (cod) order, then you would need to reply to the order email so that we can confirm the order and process it without delay.

How to apply Neem and Turmeric Face Wash
Wet your face with water. Take one pump and apply it to your face, make sure to cover all the blemishes and spots for effective results. Massage for a few minutes in circular motion to remove dead skin cells, black and white heads. Rinse with water and pat dry with a clean towel. It is recommended to Wash your face with this face wash whenever your skin feels oily or clogged. Use at least twice a day.
How to apply Argan Oil Shampoo
Rinse your hair thoroughly, then take some shampoo on your hands, apply on your scalp / hair directly and then massage it to form rich lather. Keep in mind that this is a sulfate free shampoo and you might need a little more than a regular shampoo.
We recommend using Satthwa Premium Hair Oil before shampoo to get healthy and well nourished hair!
Will this face wash help me with my acne?
Acne can be caused by excess sebum oil and clogged pores. Our face wash is formulated from ingredients which are known to soothe the skin, and kill acne causing bacteria in a very gentle yet effective way.
Soap base vs surfactant based face wash.
Our soap based face wash is superior to any surfactants based face wash as surfactants do not include glycerin which is why there is NEED to moisturise after using a surfactant based face wash. Surfactants not only remove oils which are our protective barrier, but also fail to moisturise (via glycerin) or leave a moisturising barrier behind. Surfactants are skin irritants as well.
Will this face wash suit my skin type?
Our face wash is a soap based face wash which is formulated for all skin types be it oil, dry or normal. It will even work well with combination skin and sensitive skin.
Is this face wash safe for my skin?
There are a lot of ingredients you do not want anywhere near your skin, but big offenders are parabens, sulfates, phthalates, silicones, and artificial fragrance. We are using 100% organic ingredients which are completely safe for your skin. Notable ingredients which we have used are Neem seed oil which is antibacterial, Turmeric which is anti inflammatory, peppermint oil which again helps with acne and provides freshness to your skin, Geranium helps even skin tone and has anti ageing properties. The oils used are converted to salts which help keep your skin nourished and moisturised and that is why there is no drying effect after washing your face.
Will this suit my skin type?
Yes, our body milk is made from ingredients which suit all skin types be it dry, oily or normal. Application amount may differ according to skin type.
Is body milk different from body lotion?
Our restorative body milk is lighter and little more runny as compared to a typical body lotion. We have done this for easy application and to suite all skin types. This is very light on the skin and gets easily absorbed without making your skin feel greasy after application.
How often should I use the body milk?
We recommend using 2 times a day, once after shower in the morning and once again before going to bed.
Is the fragrance strong?
We have kept the fragrance light and mild keeping in mind that it should smell good but not overpower your senses.
What is cold-pressed Castor Oil?
Castor oil is extracted from high-quality castor seeds through cold-pressing. Cold pressing is a process that involves no-heat/less heat and chemicals when these seeds are crushed. It maintains the original nutrients of the oil.
How should I use Castor oil on hair?
We recommend you to apply the hair oil on your scalp and then massage gently for 3-4 minutes. Leave it overnight and then wash the next morning with a sulfate, paraben free shampoo. Apply 2 times a week for 2-3 months for best results.
Can I apply castor oil on my face?
Castor oil is suitable for all skin types. It helps in relieving dry and dull skin. It goes deep into the skin and hydrates it. Apply castor oil 30 minutes before taking shower.
What are the benefits of Argan oil shampoo for hair?
Argan oil is rich in antioxidants and vitamin E which help in maintaining a healthy scalp. This oil has the natural goodness of essential fatty acids like Omega 6 and Omega 9 which have been proven to reduce hair loss and increase hair density. It is jam packed with natural nutrients like Phenols, Triterpens and Squalene that improve blood circulation in the scalp, restructure cells and thereby, promote hair growth.
Can I use Argan oil shampoo for damaged / coloured hair?
Argan oil shampoo works as a sunscreen for your hair and protects it against free radicals (unstable molecules that damage your roots). This antioxidant rich oil is also very beneficial for coloured hair as it prevents loss of pigment and extends the life of the colour. It acts as a natural serum and prevents heat damage to your hair while blow drying, straightening or curling.
Does this shampoo reduce hair fall?
Hair fall occurs when our scalp/hair follicles are unhealthy. Ingredients of a shampoo matter a lot. Our Argan oil shampoo has Aloe Vera gel, Hibiscus, Coconut oil and Almond oil which makes your roots stronger. This shampoo cleans your scalp by removing excess oil and dirt, revitalises scalp, strengthens and protects the scalp thus reducing hair fall.
Will this shampoo add volume to my hair?
Absolutely! Our Argan oil shampoo has aloe vera as the key ingredient which is meant to strengthen and thicken your hair. It also has avocado oil and botanical keratin which moisturises the hair and adds natural shine and volume to the hair. This shampoo is free of harsh chemicals due to which it may not give you the synthetic shine.
Can I make this as my regular shampoo?
Yes! Absolutely. We have formulated this shampoo so that you can use it as your regularly get the maximum benefit from it.
Are sulfate free shampoos better for hair?
Sulphates are responsible for working shampoos into a thick lather during wash. Sulphates, which is almost a standard ingredient for most shampoos, can irritate your scalp, cause frizziness and can also strip the colour from your dyed hair.
