The serum works well.

Bakuchiol Serum is a pale yellow color serum and is watery in consistency. It has a faint scent to it. I've been so used to using unscented products that it took me a little bit of time to get used to the scent.
The smell feels like a men's deodorant. It goes away and doesn't cause irritation, breakouts, or redness or doesn’t even linger on your face for too long.
Since this is a form of retinol, it is best to use this during nighttime only. If you plan to go out the next morning, do apply sunscreen in the morning before you step out.

I use a face wash, and dry it completely then, I apply the bakuchiol serum. I like to take about two to three drops for my entire face to use at night. 🌃

My experience

When I apply it on the skin, it makes my skin feel a bit oily. But I think for the current weather in Chennai(which is slightly drier than usual), it looks good after it is fully absorbed on my skin. Despite its watery appearance, it does take a few minutes to get absorbed.

My skin looks a little bit more hydrated and plump when I wake up in the morning. It’s not as oily as I had expected it in waking up. I've been using this every two to three nights and it has maintained my skin.

Wow I just loved the product. It is very light and doesn't even sticks in my skin so its not oily and messy in my face, I just loved the pigmentation of the product. And also it comes in a very user friendly container, I can carry it anywhere. It also smoothen my skin and moisture my skin very well.

Wash your face with a gentle facewash, you can use Satthwa Rice Water Facewash. Pat it dry and after applying a toner (not mandatory), take 4-6 drops of Satvak Bakuchiol Serum. Rub it on your palm and gently massage it on your face for 3-4 minutes.
