Cancellation Before Shipment:
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on email@example.com or WhatsApp us on 9717470361. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
Due to the nature of the products which we sell, we do not accept returns of used products.
In case of receipt of wrongly sent items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 24hrs of receiving the product, along with a photograph of the same & the invoice of the purchase. firstname.lastname@example.org
In case you feel that the product received is damaged/defective & not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with a photograph of the same & the invoice of the purchase. Our customer care after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refunds (if applicable):
In case of a damaged/defective product, once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. In the case it was a COD, we will issue a cheque within 10 days of receipt of the cancellation request. Please note that there might be a deduction of shipping fee while a refund is processed.
